Whether you are wanting to get back to exercise following injury or having children – or are just keen to find an approach to fitness that fits around a busy schedule and the hectic life we tend to lead!
It may be weight loss, toning, endurance, flexibility, strength, a 5K run goal, or just general fitness & performance improvement. VFit can get you there.
I will help you achieve the most optimal results for you. We will focus on reaching your highest level of fitness, remaining injury free, and enjoying the journey.
You may prefer the friendly camaraderie of group sessions or I can tailor a programme to meet your needs on a one to one or small group basis.
I believe exercise should be fun, varied and challenging, without compromising on technique. Good form is so important.
