Classes focus on strength and mobility to help older adults feel physically confident. I work on muscle & core strength, posture, flexibility, alignment & breathing – which are just as vital in later years as they are for younger people. We all want to keep active longer and in so doing, maintain independence longer.
Monday 12noon – 12.45 Body Strength Class Age UK Barnes Community Centre
Wednesday 11.45 – 12.30 Zoom Body Strength Class for Age UK
I run daily weekday classes via Zoom. You can click into these from any part of the world. We have people joining from Italy, Germany and Wales and equally as important from Barnes, Mortlake, Sheen Wandsworth, Twickenham! These classes are half an hour each. £4 per session or £15 per week. the progress in my lovely participants who have joined me since April 2020 is remarkable!
