Group Fitness Training

Bootcamp, Boxing & Abs, Circuits, Weights, Suspension Training, Mobility - You Choose!

A fun, high energy boxing class using gloves and pads. Classes are varied and boxers can perfect their moves whilst getting cardio fit. It’s an all over work out and we mix it up with Tabata training and some serious abs. Lots of boxing, movement, variety and fun.

Held on Sheen Common, these classes are suitable for all ages and abilities and go ahead come rain or shine. Classes include boxing, core strength, body & free weight exercises, running, and stretching. You can work to your own level.

Small Group Training

Small Group Training

If you prefer to work in small groups, Small Group Training is perfect for a group of 4 – 6 like-minded friends.  Sessions are still tailored to your own needs and will include cardio fitness, supple strength, weight exercises & stretching. You can join an existing one or choose a time to suit you.

One to one training tailored for you, whether your goal is to improve cardio fitness, muscle strength, flexibility, lose weight – or all four!  These sessions would be perfect for you if you need a fitness plan tailored and made to fit you and your lifestyle and want to train in the privacy of your own home, my studio, office or local park.

The first session would include a consultation, assessing your goals and current fitness level, so I can prepare a plan that helps you reach and maintain your health and fitness targets. I also offer nutritional advice.
